Lab grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds. They are made of the same material—pure carbon atoms. That means, they are essentially the same at a fraction of natural diamonds' prices!

There are two processes to grow lab grown diamonds:

• High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT): This method mimics the natural conditions under which diamonds form in the Earth's mantle by applying extreme heat and pressure.
• Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD): In this process, carbon-rich gases are used to deposit carbon atoms onto a substrate, gradually forming a diamond crystal over time

Lab grown diamonds typically take about6 to 10 weeks to develop in a laboratory setting, significantly shorter than the billions of years required for natural diamonds to form. They are graded by the same 4C on the same scale as natural diamonds.

Recycling precious metals helps divert waste from landfills, where it can create hazards such as toxic fumes and water contamination. By extracting metals from end-of-life products, recycling minimizes the environmental impact associated with waste disposal.

The mining process for new metals often leads to significant environmental degradation, including deforestation, soil erosion, water pollution, and habitat destruction. Recycling reduces the need for extensive mining operations, thereby preserving ecosystems and natural resources. The energy required to recycle precious metals is significantly lower—typically between60% to 90% less—compared to mining new materials

Precious metals like gold, silver, platinum, and palladium are finite resources. Recycling ensures that these valuable materials are reused rather than lost forever through mining or disposal. Recycling precious metals contributes to a circular economy where materials are reused continuously to create new products. This practice reduces reliance on raw materials and minimizes waste generation, enhancing overall sustainability.

We use recycled precious metals of Platinum, PT950, or solid 14k Gold.

Products with inventory are ready to ship. We do have products that are made to order. Every item has a different lead time, usually 5-7 business days. Once an item ships, it should arrive in 2-3 business days within the United States, and 5-10 business days internationally. One gift box provided per order. If you've ordered multiple items, we batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise requested via email.

• Discounts can be applied to your order during checkout using any Discount Code that was given to you. Discounts are only valid on specific items and for set periods of time. Discount codes can not be used during promotional or sale periods.
  
• We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order placed before the Discount Code became valid. We can add a Discount Code to an order where you forgot to enter the code if it is on the same day of purchase. Discount Codes cannot be combined, and they do not apply to Gift Cards.

Ring Reserve offers free shipping on orders over $500. For orders under $500, we charge a flat shipping rate of $25

Ring Reserve is responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. 

If the package goes missing, Ring Reserve may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. Please contact hello@ringreserve.shop if your order details indicate the package has been delivered but nothing was received.

Ring Reserve jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions:

• Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as - showering, lotion, perfume, exercise, washing dishes, etc.
• Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat on a fabric surface to avoid tangling and/or scratching.
• For necklaces, clasp the necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not tangle or knot.
• To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the metal and diamonds.

• We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide refunds.
• All returns and exchanges require approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on ringreserve.shop only. We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.
• Store credits may be used towards purchases on ringreserve.shop or a customized version of an item on our website. 
• Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted. Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original packaging.
• If your made-to-order item is still in production, and you have not yet received it, we are happy to cancel the order and provide a store credit.
• Due to the variations in size, all rings ordered online are considered special orders and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if an exchange is requested or if you request to cancel a ring that is still in production.
• Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalized products (including initials, lettering, birthstones and custom sizes) are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
• Any variation in size, color or customization that is not available for “as-is” purchase on our website is considered a custom order and is FINAL SALE.
• All non-jewelry, accessory items are FINAL SALE.
  
• Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).

Ring Reserve reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.
